Overview

DNSC has the ability to design, manufacture and supply custom inks for specialty applications in digital (2D and 3D), as well as some special flexographic printing applications. The ink vehicle could be aqueous, wax-based, polymer or mixtures embedded with functional components such as: silver/gold and other metallic (including magnetic) nanoparticles, carbon nanotubes, semi-conductors (Ga/Ge Ga/Sn Oxides), pigments (all colors including white and invisible), encapsulated thermo-chromic systems, UV-curable systems, etc. Example applications on paper and non-paper substrates include: fast-drying inks, eco-friendly inks, printing graphics on high-gloss non-porous substrates, on-demand white label printing, silver digital inks for PCBs, photo-masking inks, special flexographic inks for security marking, ink for digital or flexographic varnishing, overcoat inks, UV-curable inks, food grade inks for packaging, invisible textile-edge marking, bird savior® glass marking, etc.
