Invisible inkjet ink is typically used for “stealth” tracking (1D and 2D barcodes), security applications (tickets/passports/driver’s licenses/currency/ certificates), secret information delivery, entertainment and fun applications. These DNSC x-nano inks turn visible and appear in fluorescent colors when exposed to ultra-violet light of wave length 254nm, 365nm, 385nm (“black light”) – down converting. Available colors: Red, Yellow-Green, Blue-Green, Blue, Yellow, Orange and more. Upconverting invisible fluorescent inks are available to offer conversion of IR 980nm into visible Green at 545nm as a special security effect. Also available as IR absorbing variety (783-1070nm). i-Series inks and pigments feature strong water fastness, are water-based, (Optional: UV-Curing, Solvent, Eco-Solvent based), eco-friendly and compatible with a variety of porous and non-porous paper and non-paper substrate.
